TEXTILE AS A MASTERPIECE
A manual data processing process (manual digitization, not automatic) required by the embroidery machine.
Machine embroidery digitized step-by-step using the world's leading digitization program for machine embroidery.
Manual digitization by an experienced designer highlights the finest details and nuances that remain hidden in the automated process. This results in a vibrant and moving embroidery.
If the embroidery does not evoke strong emotions, it loses 50% of its effect and the actual reason for the embroidery fizzles out.
Embossed embroideries (like the round-looking rope in the picture on the left) create a light and shadow effect that brings the image to life.
The selection of embroidery threads is done individually (and not automatically) and ranges from normal to shiny to metallic.
All yarns are high quality and durable.
Special details, not known to every designer, give the embroidery a unique solidity, as if it were a sheet of metal (and not a flimsy embroidery that bends and slowly weathers). The result is one that amazes everyone.
FROM PHOTOGRAPHY TO MACHINE EMBROIDERY
Based on the customer's photo, we see that the cat's fur is messy, tangled, and overly shaded. This results in significant overlap during automatic scanning, which is technically difficult to reproduce with embroidery (which isn't created with a laser printer), resulting in a blurry and poorly defined image.
The manual process selects only the most representative features and omits anything that could cause confusion. This highlights the distinctive features that immediately reveal the essence of the image.
The result can be seen in the picture below!
Hand-digitized photography
This extremely precise manual process took about six hours.
It is clearly visible that the matted and tangled fur has been largely avoided (automatic scanning averages the colors of furs that are so similar and have different shades, while embroidery does not define the main furs and creates an average tone of the different colors).
When tracing manually, the image is sharper, free of tiny, intertwined hairs, and with clear, well-defined lines that perfectly identify the cat in question!
The project costs are then allocated based on the number of items (bag, T-shirt, sweatshirt, napkin, etc.) in the first order.
If you reorder later, these fixed costs will be waived.
In this case, digitization results in slightly higher costs for the customer. The next time they order the same T-shirt, jacket, or other item, they only pay the production costs, so the final price is significantly lower than the first order.
FINISHED WORK
Our goal is to digitize the object so that it looks beautiful and closely resembles the original. This is what the client wanted.
Immediate recognition is important (in this case the owner recognizes his pet immediately).
It's also possible to add a little artistic touch. We'll publish some of these later.

Any idea what we could do for you?
After the initial contact, we will continue to communicate via email or, if desired, by mobile phone.
The wish is fulfilled exactly as the customer wants it
First, we assume that the customer knows what he wants.
If we notice that the quality of the work can be improved, that the customer may be missing an aesthetic detail, etc., we draw their attention to every important detail that fulfills their wish.
The latest technology for machine embroidery
We specialize in creating logos, cultural objects, landscapes, pets, or motifs in machine embroidery that you can pass on to generations, etc.
Art through machine embroidery as a symbol of remembrance
A photo of grandfather and grandson, machine-embroidered on black, blue or white satin or twill, leaves a precious memory in the family.
Imagine this photo in the finished product, all those shiny threads and their splendor... and on a 40 x 90 cm canvas.
We will begin digitizing the image soon.
Estimated programming time (digitization) – approx. 50 hours .
The machine takes about 5 hours to create a 90 x 40 cm embroidery.
The durability of the image to maintain the same quality is over 100 years (under normal conditions).
The value of such machine embroidery memories?
The true value lies in how valuable the generation after us finds it.
Have you been to Zadar?
From the dimensions of a single emblem of 10x10 cm to a real image of 40x60 or 40x90 cm , with neon threads that give a special shine or with luminous threads that glow in the dark.
The beauty of such a picture depends largely on your and our creativity.
Every single detail increases the complexity
For all those who run holiday apartments and want to give their guests something unique.
We can add, remove, or modify any existing machine embroidery design as desired.
You decide on the colors, text, details, size, etc. Creativity and variety are attractive to guests.
From a business perspective
Our goal is to design the products our customers (if they are also entrepreneurs) need – unique works that are only available from them.
